ROAM WEBSITE TEMPLATE — LICENCE
The Food Aisle (thefoodaisle.com)
By buying ROAM you get a licence to use it. You do not buy the copyright,
which stays with The Food Aisle.
YOU MAY
- Use ROAM to build one website for one food truck, street-food stand,
caterer or food business (one licence per website).
- Change anything in it: text, colours, layout, code and photos.
- Build the website for a client. The licence then passes to that client, and
you may not reuse the template for another site without another licence.
- Keep using the website for as long as you like. The licence does not expire.
YOU MAY NOT
- Resell, give away, share or upload ROAM, or any version of it, as a template,
theme, starter kit or part of a website builder, whether changed or not.
- Use the included photos and animation layers outside the website built
with this licence, or sell or distribute them on their own.
- Remove this licence from the downloaded files.
INCLUDED THIRD-PARTY FILES
- Fonts in assets/fonts: Archivo and Instrument Sans, under the SIL Open Font
License 1.1 (https://openfontlicense.org).
THE INCLUDED IMAGERY
The photos are AI-generated images created for ROAM. They show the style the
template is designed for. Replace them with photographs of your own truck and
food so that customers see what you actually serve.
YOUR CONTENT
You are responsible for the dishes, prices, allergen information, locations
and contact details you publish. Check every allergen line before going live,
and only list stops you have confirmed. Enquiries are delivered by the service
you connect (for example Formspree or Netlify); their terms apply to that data.
NO WARRANTY
ROAM is provided as is. The Food Aisle is not liable for lost bookings,
orders, revenue or data arising from the use of the template or connected
services. If a file is faulty, contact us and we will fix or replace it.
Because ROAM is a digital download, sales are final once downloaded unless
the file is faulty and we cannot fix it.
