This licence explains what you may do with the template. ------------------------------------------------------------ WEBSITE LICENCE ($99 CAD per website) ------------------------------------------------------------ Each licence covers ONE website for ONE restaurant, café, bakery or food business, on one domain. Your receipt shows how many licences you bought. You MAY: - Use the template to build one website per licence. - Change anything: text, times, colours, dishes, prices, photos, layout and code. - Hire a developer to make changes for you. - If you are a designer or freelancer, build a client's website with one licence per client website, and charge your client for your work. - Keep using the website for as long as you like. The licence does not expire. You may NOT: - Use one licence for more than one business or website. - Resell, share, give away or redistribute the template or its parts, whether changed or unchanged, including as part of another template, theme, website builder or marketplace. - Claim the template design as your own original work for resale. ------------------------------------------------------------ GENERAL ------------------------------------------------------------ - Ownership and copyright: The template, its design, code, drawings and sample photographs are copyright (c) 2026 The Food Aisle. You are buying a licence to use them, as described above, not the copyright itself. - Your content: You are responsible for the dishes, prices, opening times, allergen information and contact details you publish. The sample restaurant, menus and prices are examples only. Check and replace them before you go live. - Bookings: The "Book online" link goes to the booking service you choose (for example OpenTable, Resy or Tock), under that service's terms. The Food Aisle never receives your bookings or your guests' details. - Third-party parts: Fonts (Bodoni Moda, Albert Sans and DM Mono) come from Google Fonts (SIL Open Font Licence) and are free to use commercially. - Sample photographs: The sample photographs are included for use within your licensed website. You may keep them on your site or replace them with your own. You may not extract, sell or distribute them separately. If you add your own photos, you are responsible for having the right to use them. - No warranty: The template is provided as is. We test it on current desktop and mobile browsers, but cannot guarantee it works on every device or with every hosting setup. - Refunds: Because this is a digital download, sales are final once the file has been downloaded, unless the file is faulty and we cannot fix it.
