This licence explains what you may do with the template. ------------------------------------------------------------ WEBSITE LICENCE ($200 CAD per website) ------------------------------------------------------------ Each licence covers ONE website for ONE bakery, café or food business, on one domain. Your receipt shows how many licences you bought. You MAY: - Use the template to build one website per licence, and sell your own products through it. - Change anything: text, colours, products, prices, layout and code. - Hire a developer to make changes for you, including connecting your own payment provider. - If you are a designer or freelancer, build a client's website with one licence per client website, and charge your client for your work. You may NOT: - Use one licence for more than one business or website. - Resell, share, give away or redistribute the template, the editor, the checkout file or their parts, whether changed or unchanged, including as part of another template, theme, website builder or marketplace. - Claim the template design as your own original work for resale. ------------------------------------------------------------ GENERAL ------------------------------------------------------------ - Ownership and copyright: The template, its design, code, 3D scenes, editor, checkout file and documentation are copyright (c) 2026 The Food Aisle. You are buying a licence to use them, as described above, not the copyright itself. - Footer credit: The template shows a small "Website template by The Food Aisle" link. You may switch it off in the editor (Site basics) at no cost. - Your shop: You are the seller. You are responsible for your products, prices, taxes, allergen and ingredient information, food safety and labelling rules, delivery, refunds, your own terms and privacy policy, and for meeting the laws where you trade. The sample products, prices, allergen lines and story are examples only. Check and replace them. - Payments: Card payments are processed by Stripe under your own Stripe account and Stripe's terms. Email orders are delivered through the form service you choose (for example Formspree) under its terms. The Food Aisle never receives your orders, customer details or payments. - Visitor data: The basket, chosen pickup time and checkout details are kept in each visitor's own browser until they order. Order details are sent only to the email address, form service or Stripe account you set up. - Third-party parts: The 3D graphics use the three.js library (MIT licence), loaded from a public CDN. Fonts (Cormorant Garamond and Hanken Grotesk) come from Google Fonts (SIL Open Font Licence). Both are free to use commercially. - 3D scans: Every 3D model shipped with the template is original work by The Food Aisle. If you add your own .glb scans, you are responsible for having the right to use them commercially and for giving any credit their licence requires. - No warranty: The template is provided as is. We test it on current desktop and mobile browsers and test the checkout flow, but cannot guarantee it works on every device or with every hosting setup. Test your ordering set-up before you go live. - Refunds: Because this is a digital download, sales are final once the file has been downloaded, unless the file is faulty and we cannot fix it.
