COFFEE TODAY WEBSITE TEMPLATE — LICENCE Sold by The Food Aisle (thefoodaisle.com) Copyright (c) 2026 The Food Aisle. All rights reserved. Thank you for your purchase. This licence explains what you may do with the template. ------------------------------------------------------------ WEBSITE LICENCE ($129 CAD per website) ------------------------------------------------------------ Each licence covers ONE website for ONE café or business, on one domain. Your receipt shows how many licences you bought. You MAY: - Use the template to build one website per licence. - Change anything: text, colours, fonts, images, menu, layout and code. - Hire a developer to make changes for you. - If you are a designer or freelancer, build a client's website with one licence per client website, and charge your client for your work. You may NOT: - Use one licence for more than one business or website. - Resell, share, give away or redistribute the template, the editor or their files, whether changed or unchanged, including as part of another template, theme, website builder or marketplace. - Claim the template design as your own original work for resale. ------------------------------------------------------------ GENERAL ------------------------------------------------------------ - Ownership and copyright: The template, its design, code, 3D scenes, editor and documentation are copyright (c) 2026 The Food Aisle. You are buying a licence to use them, as described above, not the copyright itself. - Footer credit: The template shows a small "Website template by The Food Aisle" link. You may switch it off in the editor (Café basics) at no cost. - Content: All café names, menu items, prices, articles and contact details in the template are sample content. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you publish, including prices, ingredients and allergen information. - Online ordering: The template does not process payments or orders. The order list is a demo until you connect your own ordering link. - Third-party parts: The 3D graphics use the three.js library (MIT licence), loaded from a public CDN. Fonts come from Google Fonts (SIL Open Font Licence). Both are free to use commercially. - No warranty: The template is provided as is. We test it on current desktop and mobile browsers, but cannot guarantee it works on every device. - Refunds: Because this is a digital download, sales are final once the file has been downloaded, unless the file is faulty and we cannot fix it.
